What is their position ?
CCS under the CDM would contribute to the development of CCS as a project-based on climate-change mitigation measured in the mid and long term. Projects should be monitored by the Sovereign State, the state in which the storage takes place. Issues are not scientific, there are institutional. They would be solved by arrangements among countries.
